In this keynote, Mary explores the importance of community in shaping the future of the simulation technician profession. Reflecting on the evolving role of simulation technicians and drawing on her experiences as a Simulation Technician, Human Factors Trainer and national advocate, she will discuss how coming together as a professional community strengthens our collective voice, raises the profile of the profession and creates opportunities for collaboration, innovation and shared learning.
